RETURNS & SPECIAL ORDER POLICY
Thank you for supporting Rochford Supply Co. We stand behind the quality of everything we sell and aim to make every purchase a great experience.

Returns & Exchanges
We are happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt.

Change of Mind
Refunds are not available for change of mind. Eligible items may be exchanged or a store credit issued.

Special Orders
Items ordered specifically for a customer that are not part of our regular stocked range require a minimum 50% deposit (or full payment where applicable). Please confirm the style, colour and size before ordering. As these items are sourced exclusively for you, they cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded for change
of mind, incorrect sizing or incorrect product selection.

Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item has a major fault, is not of acceptable quality, is unfit for purpose or does not match its description, you are entitled to the appropriate remedy.
